Got what I paid for plus a tad more.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was adequate for my 1 night stay, clean and comfy bed, tea/coffee making facility, en suite toilet/shower. Breakfast was £9 extra, but very good, all fresh and plenty on offer.

Only issues I had were small irks in the grand scheme of things, the TV channels were a bit lacking, no news channels and no standard 5 channels. The room walls are on the thin side as the adjoining room occupants could be heard chatting and laughing into the early hours. No parking spaces at this hotel, but there is a long stay pay and display 2 minute walk away, £3.50 for 1 over night stay.

Very comfortable room and an ideal location.

I didn’t book breakfast as I had an early appointment. My room was very comfortable and quiet. Location great , I have stayed here before whilst visiting my aunt who lives locally.

Anniversary get away.

Accessibility and accommodating to our needs. Spacious rooms, tea and coffee making facilities,

No breakfast included and the bar/lounge not open plus the restaurant closed. Hasn't got parking, no drinking glasses in room, no dressing table space.

What was the highlight of The Regal Hotel

Great stay, great location.

This is a great hotel for when we are visiting family in Cleveleys. The location is fantastic as it is right in the centre of the main high street among all the shops and cafes. The décor is of a vintage style which is fitting for the building. The beds have always been really comfortable on the two occasions I have stayed and there is almost everything you need in the room for a couple of night's stay. If there is not a hairdryer in your room they will happily provide one from reception. On this occasion we did not have breakfast but I know from previous experience that it was a good hearty breakfast. A real bonus is having a lift to all floors too.

Just a small thing but a pump dispenser with some shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom would be great to go with the soap bar provided. Everything in the room was extremely clean except the remote control for the TV which was not at all clean. Cleaning staff could be reminded of this as they can be real germ carriers.

Excellent all round. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, excellent food, big portions(!), caters for vegetarians (which I am), all the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, excellent location being right in the centre of town with the beach a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

Going home - I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Maybe a later breakfast 9 to 10 as a lot of the shops do not open till late also a later evening meal maybe till 9 o'clock you also read grab rails in bathroom.

Stayed here to visit relatives was a great base center of cleveleys.The staff were very helpful.I asked for a low floor and a quiet room as I have disabilities,and they did.Breakfast was lovely.I would recommend this hotel it has got lifts so really good for disabled.

What was the highlight of The Regal Hotel

The Hotel does not look like much from outside but once inside I was very impressed. The room was a good size and had all the usual things you expect now, such as tea, coffee making , soap etc, The nice touch was the folded towels on the bed. The food was very good and the staff were fantastic. I hope to be back at some time and I am happy to recommend the Regal if you want a homely, friendly atmosphere.

The only comment I can make is that Saturday night can be a bit noisy at the front of the Hotel with revellers on their way home. It was warm so my window was open. I've no doubt it would have been quieter with the window shut.

The bed was extra comfy. The staff were most friendly and helpful both the Hotel staff and bar staff. For someone on their own and in there eighties I really would recommend the Regent Hotel

The food was good. The toaster worked giving golden toast without returning it for another run. Staff were helpful. The hotel was centrally placed in the resort.

No soap in the dispenser over the bath.

Excellent all round. Can't fault it. I've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels around the world in major cities, and I thought this hotel was decorated just as well. When I am next in Cleveleys I will be staying there again.

The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of choice. (I paid for breakfast separately). The hotel is on the main high street and close to the beach. Also has cctv parking.

In our group we had four rooms between us, as we booked separately we paid different prices. I paid £74 for a double room with out breakfast, my friend paid £55 for a family room with breakfast and their room was to a much better standard (they booked directly with the hotel) The rooms are dated, which makes them look dirty, even though you can tell they have been cleaned. In the entrance and reception there was a strong smell of smoke.
